Sans réponde de la préfecture, les associations ont en effet alerté la ville de Rennes sur la situation gravissime des populations précaires durant ce confinement. La plupart des bénéficiaires ne peuvant plus désormais se déplacer vers les lieux habituels de distribution de nourriture dans la ville.
